Meet Andrew Rodabaugh

Andrew Rodabaugh began his working career as a construction laborer followed by ten years as a refrigeration pipe fitter.  It was those long and strenuous work days that led to his decision to enroll in college.

Mr. Rodabaugh began studying law during his undergraduate tenure at Villa Julie College.  He obtained a Bachelors degree with Honors in Paralegal Studies and always planned on attending law school one day.

Shortly thereafter he was accepted into University of Baltimore School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor Degree.

While in Law School his primary focus was on learning the ins and outs of personal injury cases.  He studied employment law, tort litigation, civil procedure, and civil litigation.

To further his legal knowledge Mr. Rodabaugh interned with Judge Jakubowski at the Baltimore County Circuit Court and interned for multiple law firms and attorneys.

Just after law school Mr. Rodabaugh entered practice as an Assistant County Attorney for Baltimore County.  It was with Baltimore County that he developed his knowledge of Workers’ Compensation handling hundreds of cases at a time and attending multiple hearings any given week.
