Ioana David started her legal education in her home country, Romania, and in 2002 she graduated with a law degree from University of Bucharest School of Law. She also earned a Master in Law (Maītrise en Droit) from Sorbonne University. Before coming to United States, Ms. David worked for about 2 years as a legal adviser for the Official Journal of the Romanian Government.
Once in the U.S., Ms. David was determined to face any challenge to pursue her interest in practicing law. She started from scratch, as a paralegal, learning first hand the entire process of handling worker’s compensation and personal injury cases. Her personal involvement in the details of every case fueled her passion in helping injured workers and accident victims.
While continuing working, she furthered her legal studies in the U.S., graduating with an L.L.M. degree from the University of Baltimore, School of Law.
Ms. David has a cumulative experience of 15 years in handling workers’ compensation claims and representing injured workers and victims of motor vehicle accidents, or any other accidents caused by the negligence of third parties.
Thanks to her years as a paralegal, Ms. David has a very hands-on approach in handling her cases. She is fully determined in maximizing her clients’ benefits, and protecting their interests against those of the insurance companies.
